Other Policies

40% of the total cost of the booking will be taken on your card if you book direct through our website. Otherwise, a small deposit is taken is you book through Booking.Com. Final payment is made normally 1-7 days prior to arrival and can be made online with either debit or credit card. Final payment can also be made with cash if preferred at the property but please let us know in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any deposits made are refundable.

In the event of cancellation within 7 days of your planned arrival date, or a no show, l will do my best to re-let your night(s) or, the cost of the entire booking will be deducted from your card, as this is a binding contract.
